Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new demand response and software customers
  • Deliver regular project status reporting to provide a high degree of transparency on schedules and risks
  • Educate customers on program guidelines to maximize the benefits of demand response
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ site operations in order to optimize energy reduction plans
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to initiate improvements and ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Prepare enterprise customers to successfully implement energy intelligence software
  • Provide strategic sales support on demand response and software deals
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies
  • Draft and negotiate contract amendments
  • Drive initiatives to improve operations, mitigate risks and take advantage of emerging opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS with analytical, quantitative, business, or technical focus; MBA a plus
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven success in a client-facing role
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding teamwork and flexibility
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Creative thought leadership with record of turning ideas into action
  • Ability to drive efficiency gains through process improvement and automation
