Description ChargePoint is seeking an Order Management Specialist to become a valued member of our small, but mighty Sales Operations team. 

Responsibilities:
  • Review and accurately process all hardware and software order requests including but not limited to new purchase orders, contracts, renewal subscriptions, customer support cases, and quote requests in a timely manner and in compliance with policy and procedure
  • Review order backlog reports with Operations and Customer Support on a daily basis to ensure on-time delivery of products and services
  • Answer order-related questions from internal and external customers in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain customers, products, and pricing in systems ensuring data integrity
  • Work closely with Finance to help resolve any hot issues that arise relating to orders
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce.com support to the sales team on opportunity management
  • Support Sales Operations Manager with projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with customer service, order management processes, and delivery timelines
  • Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
