EV Connect is looking for a Customer EVSE Associate who is passionate about electric vehicles and their role in transforming transportation, improving air quality, and advancing energy independence for future generations.
In this position you will:
Track multiple Projects from initiation to completion while within scope on time and on budget.
Coordinate with the EVSE Manager on Hardware Delivery.
Manage all changes required for Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and other internal documentation.
Implement and manage program specific processes and changes.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
Be a customer champion to address relevant issues and questions during the project life cycle.
Provide monthly data focused forecasts on estimated end dates of projects.
Support other team members as backfill and training.
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
Execute work scope within prescribed SLAs.
Technical Skills:
Project Management: Understanding and fulfilling projects within scope addressing customer needs as they manifest.
Contract Management: Familiarity with contract terms, conditions, and negotiations.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data, generate reports and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is often essential.
Soft Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with end customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze options, and implement solutions efficiently.
Attention to detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders, contracts, and records.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience of project management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
Passion for the EV industry.
A winning attitude and embody the concept of extreme ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the e-mobility industry
Professional certifications such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
