This role will conduct a “Time Study” within Ygrene’s Operations teams to identify and document role responsibilities and identify opportunities for process improvements. Will compare existing practices and timelines to benchmarking data and make recommendations. This is a part-time opportunity.
Work location: Petaluma, CA
Conduct employee interviews across various Operations functions to determine job requirements, time spent on activities, and challenges within processes
Review feedback from other teams involved in each process to determine full scope of processes and outcomes.
Summarize findings and draw conclusions to make recommendations
Review benchmarking data to determine industry best practices and standards
Build robust capacity models and develop work performance standards
Identify and recommend efficiency improvement opportunitiees
Perform special projects as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge of process development and improvement practices
Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office skills including Excel
Ability to interview and seek out additional information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Coursework in an Industrial Engineering program or Master’s in Business Administration program highly preferred.
