Summary
This role will support internal coordination across Summit Ridge Energy’s functional teams to help track project milestones and prepare materials for transaction closings. This person will assist in communications with external partners across construction lending, cash equity, tax equity, and permanent lending firms by helping compile project status updates, gathering information for due diligence requests, and supporting the coordination of funding events.

Role And Responsibilities
Support investor and lender due diligence across construction debt, term financing, joint ventures, and tax equity deals.
Build and manage electronic data rooms that enable seamless financing processes and successful closings.
Monitor critical milestones and financing timelines to keep transactions moving forward.
Drive project financial closing processes and deliverables forward under the guidance of Closing Managers and Directors.
Facilitate communication and document flow between internal teams and external partners.
Contribute to weekly financing calls by developing materials, capturing key decisions, and driving follow-through on action items.
Required Skills/Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, energy, sustainability, engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or entry-level roles in finance, energy, consulting, or a related field.
Interest in renewable energy, project finance, and transaction execution.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and accept feedback.
Authorization to work in the United States.
