As part of the Onshore Co-development COE, the Site Optimization Analyst will be responsible for working with our customers, partners, and internal teams to optimize wind farms and wind turbine solutions. This role will be integral to the success and growth of the COE, as well as the success of our customers.

Essential Responsibilities:
As the Site Optimization Analyst, you will:

  • Coordinate with our customers, engineering and commercial teams to evaluate and optimize the economic position of large wind farms through use of many available levers, such as turbine positioning, turbine performance and loading, services, and balance of plant equipment and design
  • Coordinate with the COE and potential partners / developers to evaluate the economic viability of early and late stage development assets, support site optimization efforts, and find incremental value for all parties involved
  • Act as a conduit between our commercial and technical teams throughout the process of site optimization, ensuring that both technical and commercial aspects of a project are being considered, evaluated and implemented
  • Assist in the development of a global, sustainable, repeatable, and impactful site optimization process as part of the broader commercial / Inquiry-To-Order (ITO) process


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Atmospheric Science, or related) from an accredited college or university and/or related experience
  • Considerable experience in the wind industry, including design layout and micrositing


  • Fluent in English Language
