As anOperations & Maintenance Asset Specialist, you will report to the VP Customer Experience. We are looking for a results-driven individual to provide recommendations on asset acquisition and manage a portfolio of charging assets – i.e EV charging locations, from the real estate itself to the hardware onsite – with an aim optimize their value while minimizing risks. The asset manager will be tasked with conducting risk analyses, managing asset lifecycles, preparing the relevant financial and asset reports, reviewing policies, and developing strategies to maximize asset growth.

Design and implement systems to facilitate O&M asset management.
Identify and take on action ways to reduce maintenance and support costs for Assets.
Manage the routine maintenance schedules for our assets
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
3-5 years of experience in the EV industry, asset management, or a related field
Develop and follow methodologies for tracking assets throughout their life cycle.
Analyse and validate the maintenance costs and process them in cooperation with our finance team.
