sition SummaryThe Charging Technology Evaluation Engineer will be responsible for testing IONNA’s end to end technology solution, including EV chargers and other balance of systems equipment deployed at sites. The selected candidate will be a critical member of the Technology team, ensuring that IONNA is delivering the best-in-class customer experience and industry-l
eading uptime.
ResponsibilitiesLead testing and evaluation of IONNA’s software solution, backend solutions and 3rd party partners to achieve business objectives based on tes
ting performanceDevelop and execute test scripts to validate performance of
charging assetsDevelop and execute validation methodology of different components of the IONNA
technology stackMaintain an in-depth understanding of the latest developments in EV charging technology, staying current with industry trends
and advancementsDevelop testing methodologies, including test fixtures, automation, etc. to ensure all systems are being fully evaluated, including all pote
ntial edge casesProvide finalized test reports and results that can be used by the broader team to drive software and hardware release management processes and other critical bu
siness decisionsCollaborate with other engineering team members, Operations and Product teams to ensure successful integration of solutions into I

Ski
lls and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience testing complex t
