Redaptive is searching for a driven, results-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our Sales Operations team. The key focus of this role is to partner with sales leadership, sales executives, and business development reps in driving the run the business cadence as it relates to lead gen, pipeline and forecasting analytics, and business trends and analysis.
15% annual bonus, subject to company and individual performance

Superb understanding of sales team motivations and enterprise sales organizations
Partner with sales leadership, sales executives, and business development reps to drive the run-the-business cadence as it relates to lead gen, pipeline and forecasting analytics, and business trends and analysis.
This self-starter will have a demonstrated track record of supporting teams toward ambitious revenue and product adoption targets, excellent communication skills, exemplary organization, and project management skills, and a strategic mindset to prioritize success. This role will report to the VP of Sales & Revenue Operations.
Process improvement mindset
Experience with CRM and business management tools (ex: Salesforce.com , Asana, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple priorities

Lead sales performance management analysis and reporting for pipeline management and execution against targets, including forecasting and quarterly and annual planning.
