Position Scope
SES is seeking a talented Cathode Development, Assocaite Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate is committed and dedicated, responsible, focused, detail-oriented, able to adjust in a fast-paced working environment, collaborate well with other staff members with a shared vision and demonstrate excellent organizational communication skills.

This position will be based in our Woburn, MA location.

Responsibilities
Assist in the physical property testing of cathode materials.
Assist in the completion of cathode experiments.
Responsible for operating equipment and daily maintenance
Complete other experimental matters

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials and other related majors.
More than one year working experience in lithium batteries.
Experience with cathode electrode fabrication is a plus (slurry preparation, coating, rolling, etc.)
An eye for detail and dedication to quality workmanship.
Ability to manage data in Excel, etc.
Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; approachable with the ability to maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a fast-moving team.
