Position Description:This role will support the Human Resources team with various administrative tasks related to the daily operations. Through the use of the company’s ATS and HRIS, the Human Resources Intern will gain experience in areas of recruitment and general HR duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to coordinate and manage multiple assignments.
Major Job Responsibilities
Support Early Careers Program Initiatives: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the Early Careers Program, including internships, new graduate hires, and other early talent initiatives.
Enhance HR Efficiency: Collaborate on streamlining HR processes to improve department operations and support organizational goals.
Contribute to HR Projects: Conduct research, gather data, and assist in implementing key HR initiatives and programs.
Plan and Execute Events: Help organize and manage annual events for the Early Careers Program, including workshops, lunch-and-learns, networking events, and social activities.
Foster Team Building: Play a key role in organizing team-building activities and company-wide events to strengthen employee connections and promote a positive workplace culture.
Position Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
Interest in a career in Human Resources
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
Strong organizational skills
