Our Compensation Philosophy: Our goal is to ensure that all Lunar Energy employees are fairly compensated. Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position provided under the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act for California applicants. The salary range estimate for this position depending on the level of experience is $100,000-$145,000 USD

Lunar Energy is seeking an energetic and personable HR operations specialist to work alongside its global People team and report to our Director of People. As the lead on HR operations, you will be the first point of contact for employees and external stakeholders to provide support across a range of different areas including onboarding and offboarding, immigration, payroll, benefits, compliance, policy and all our HR systems (including as lead contact with our professional employer organization, Sequoia). You’ll play a pivotal role in helping us scale our functions and processes in line with our big ambitions to electrify all homes and reduce carbon emissions. The role will be mainly office-based in Mountain View, with some flexibility to work remotely.
As we grow our HR function, we anticipate that you will be provided with significant growth opportunities outside of operations e.g. as an HR business partner, helping to grow our learning & development and manager training programs and culture building.
