Junior Project Manager (PM)
Power Electronics is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and support the successful execution of strategic technical projects. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals at the beginning of their project management career who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.
What You Will Do
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support project coordination activities, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and contribute to the successful planning, documentation, and monitoring of projects throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support the collection and organization of technical and functional requirements.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules, task lists, and supporting documentation.
Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, ensuring efficient information flow.
Support task assignment tracking and priority management defined by project leaders.
Collect and consolidate information related to project progress, risks, and deviations.
Contribute to the preparation of project status reports and KPI monitoring.
Assist in creating presentations and executive summaries for stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and ensure repositories remain updated.
Organize follow-up meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track actions and decisions.
Support quality control activities and participate in lessons learned sessions.
What We’re Looking For
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
0-2 years of experience in technical projects, industrial environments, new product development, or internships in similar settings.
Basic knowledge of project planning and coordination.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban will be considered a plus.
Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is highly valued.
Languages
English level B1 or higher.
