Position Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team with content development, email marketing, CRM management, events, and other tasks as needed. The Marketing Coordinator will work across teams and disciplines to help the marketing team effectively coordinate, plan, execute, deliver and measure the success of marketing deliverables across channels. This role requires a firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, so that the marketing team members can manage concurrent projects and be adaptable based on the marketing team’s needs.

Major Job Responsibilities

Supporting the planning, development, and execution of webinars:
Supporting the planning, development, and execution of webinars.
Coordinating SME and contractors to meet milestones and deadlines
Manage Zoom Events platform and reporting
Support pre- and post-event communications
Supporting the planning, development, and execution of email communications with marketing automation tools:
Coordinating team and agencies to plan copy, timelines, and goals
Write compelling email copy that meets brand guidelines
Ability to create and manage segmentation lists, templates, campaigns, and automations in Account Engagement
Understanding of FlexGen’s instance of Salesforce and Account Engagement
Event invite and response management
Supporting management of MarTech Stack:
Updating landing pages and adding content to website (blogs, PR, multimedia, banners, etc)
Supporting management of marketing funnel in CRM. Strong preference for Salesforce and other marketing automation software.
Building competency within various platforms to provide marketing reports as needed
Building familiarity with all marketing and sales collateral in order to quickly reference and share materials across company departments
Team Support:
Coordinate interviews, reviews, webinar practice runs and other timeline milestones to meet concurrent deadlines
Copy-editing to ensure all materials meet brand guidelines, tone, and campaign-specific messaging
Other administrative tasks to support marketing team
Position Requirements

2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications or related field
Experience in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Excellent writing skills and ability to hone messaging based on audience
Competency in marketing best practices
Experience using Google Analytics tools to assess marketing campaign/deliverable performance
Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, other
Experience in identifying, tracking, and reporting on marketing KPIs with various tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in marketing for SAAS, B2B, or technical industry
Experience in Salesforce and Account Engagement, or other CRM and marketing automation tools
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign and Illustrator
