Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our Production Planning – Manufacturing Innovation Part. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for driving innovation initiatives across various aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exploring new ideas, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness and competitiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments including operations leadership to identify business challenges and opportunities for innovation.
Propose innovative ideas and solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop business cases and feasibility studies to evaluate the potential impact and viability of proposed innovations.
Understand current operational processes, analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and work with Subject Matter Experts to redefine the operational processes.
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to implement innovative projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented innovations, gathering feedback and data to measure success and identify areas for refinement.
Cultivate a culture of innovation within the organization by promoting creativity, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
Communicate progress, results, and learnings from innovation projects to key stakeholders across the organization.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience in business innovation, strategy development, or project management roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing and implementing innovative solutions.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen is a plus.
Bi-lingual English/Korean is a plus.
