Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to support the recruitment team’s efforts in attracting top talent;
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates, leveraging a variety of sourcing channels such as industry-specific job boards, professional networks, and renewable energy conferences;
Assist in analyzing recruitment metrics and preparing reports on recruitment activity;
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks related to the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding experience for successful candidates;
Provide support in communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering insights into the company’s mission, values, and opportunities within the renewable energy field;

Participate in building and maintaining a talent pipeline by assisting in establishing relationships with passive candidates, industry associations, universities, and other relevant sources;
Location: Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area (On-site)
Basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases is a plus, but not required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Key Qualifications:
Must be based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship period
