Bonus:
Preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis;
Location:
Credit card reconciliation and reports;
Staff Accountant
Automated banking transactions, including ACH, direct pay and wire payment systems, and automated bank reconciliations.
Systems Currently used in the Accounting Environment:
Minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience in project-based operations, construction, or capital asset-intensive business;
Processing vendor invoices, managing the approval process, and initiating settlement payments;
Assist with account analysis and reporting;
Salary: A base salary commensurate with experience;
Hands-on with Sage Intacct or similar ERP system (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP);
Multi-entity and multi-currency accounting;
