About Early Careers
The Early Careers Program is a 13-week summer program designed to provide real-world work experience to students currently pursuing a degree in a related field to FlexGen. This program will give students interested in a career in renewable energy and battery storage space hands-on exposure to FlexGen projects and mentorship from industry professionals. Upon completion of the program, students will have gained the knowledge, tools, and resources to be successful upon entering the professional world.

Position Description
The Supply Chain Associate Intern will support FlexGen’s supply chain operations, gaining hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination within the renewable energy sector. Intern will work closely with various teams to help optimize supply chain processes, with a focus on the renewable energy and energy storage sectors. They will receive mentorship from industry professionals and contribute to projects that help advance FlexGen’s mission to deliver sustainable power solutions worldwide.
Major Job Responsibilities
Process new vendor registration and non disclosure agreements.
Assist Supply Chain team with sourcing and vendor communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to address supply chain needs and resolve issues.
Analyze supply chain data and help optimize processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Provide administrative support for the supply chain department, including organizing documents and preparing reports.
Position Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Interest in renewable energy and energy storage industries is a plus.
