Analyze cost-effectiveness, lifecycle impacts, and performance trade-offs
Deliver insights that drive smarter investments and better technology adoption

Why Your Work Matters
Your contributions will directly support California’s clean transportation goals by:
Accelerating EV adoption
Reducing emissions and combating climate change
Lowering costs for consumers and businesses
Improving grid resilience and system efficiency
Enhancing the overall EV customer experience

What We’re Looking For (Desirable Qualifications)

Insight into how standards impact interoperability, load management, and user experience

Policy & Program Awareness
Familiarity with California’s clean transportation ecosystem
Understanding of regulatory and program drivers shaping the EV market
Ability to connect technical analysis with policy goals and real-world impact

Who You Are
You’re analytical, curious, and motivated by solving complex problems that matter. You enjoy working at the intersection of engineering, policy, and innovation—and you’re excited to help build a cleaner, smarter transportation system.
