Landis+Gyr is seeking a Masters level Intern for Summer 2024 working on-site Monday through Friday at our Alpharetta, GA office. This is a paid position but we don’t offer a housing stipend or relocation assistance so local candidates are preferred.

Project Overview

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess and implement initiatives related to electric vehicles and grid flexibility management. Initiatives are diverse and range from supporting technology evaluations to performing market research on specific applications.

Student Objectives/Responsibilities

Assist in evaluating emerging technologies related to energy transition and sustainability.
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market analysis, and potential partnerships.
Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data for technology assessments.
Contribute to the development of reports and presentations summarizing findings.
Support project managers in coordinating tasks and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Participate in team meetings, providing input and insights based on research findings.

Education

A student working on their Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Policy and/or Public Affairs.
