Job Summary

The Accounting Intern will support the Accounting team with administrative and operational tasks,

with a primary focus on assisting with the implementation of NetSuite, the company’s new ERP

system. This internship offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations, document management,

and enterprise systems in a professional office environment.

The Accounting department is seeking to host two interns for this role. Due to the time-intensive

nature of the project, interns should be available to commit as much time as possible during the

internship period.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for the Accounting team and assist with day-to-day coordination

Support the Accounting department during the NetSuite ERP implementation by attaching and organizing documents within the system

Answer incoming phone calls and emails, route correspondence, take messages, and respond to basic business inquiries

Assist with various accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Bachelor’s degree preferred or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience (up to 2 years) in an administrative, receptionist, front office, or similar role is a plus
Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new systems, including NetSuite (ERP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Hands-on experience with standard office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, and printers
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Professional attitude, appearance, and interpersonal skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage repetitive and time-intensive tasks
