Job Description
Doral is seeking to hire a Corporate Paralegal to join our growing company. This individual will report directly to our Senior Corporate Paralegal and Operations Administrator and will work closely with the legal team to assist with the preparation and maintenance of the company’s corporate records and due diligence efforts for the company’s renewable energy portfolio.

Responsibilities
Draft corporate documents including formation documents, resolutions and signature pages for review
Manage corporate records using an entity management system, including maintaining accurate ownership records and organizational charts
Coordinate with registered agents to process filing requests and invoices
Coordinate with the Compliance Manager regarding Know Your Customer requests
Assist with due diligence requests, preparing corporate deliverables, and coordinating signatures for closings
Assist with maintenance of data rooms for accuracy and completion
Proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to obtain required information, signatures, and documents, ensuring tasks progress on schedule.
Occasional physical signature routing through UPS/FedEx
Required Skills/Values
2-4 Years Experience required
Bachelor’s Degree required
Paralegal Certificate a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
Interest in learning new skills a plus
Familiarity with entity management systems a plus
Experience with DocuSign/Adobe Sign e-signature tools a plus
Limited travel required from time to time
