Position Summary
The International Program Director is a cross-functional leader responsible for driving complex, high-impact initiatives across global markets. This role combines traditional program management expertise with strong business acumen and strategic oversight. The ideal candidate brings deep operational knowledge, analytical rigor, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to ensure strategic alignment, timely delivery, and seamless execution of global programs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead high-impact growth initiatives from strategy to execution, overseeing due diligence, systems transitions, process alignment, and change management
Oversee full program management lifecycle including planning, contract negotiation, vendor selection, implementation planning, and operational execution
Serve as the point of contact for designated projects, collaborating with legal, HR, operations, supply chain, finance, and executive stakeholders
Work closely with EPCs, external customers, and international partners to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and commercial obligations
Plan, allocate, and manage resources across multiple projects while tracking milestones, costs, and performance metrics
Partner with executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment across programs
Ensure contractual compliance, customer satisfaction, and successful operational integration
Leverage financial and operational data to inform forecasting, budgeting, and continuous improvement efforts
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across programs, driving resolution in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes post-implementation to ensure sustained success and identify opportunities for iteration or scale

Qualifications
5+ years of progressive program management or integration experience, including international scope
5+ years leading complex integration, expansion, and/or transformation initiatives in cross-functional, matrixed environments
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
PMP certification strongly preferred
Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand funding structures, operational dependencies, and customer requirements
Prior experience engaging directly with customer-side project managers, EPC firms, and external stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
Ability to travel 25 – 50%
