This role is open to be 100% remote or a hybrid role out of one of our offices (Mountain View, CA, San Diego, CA or New York, NY.)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Energy or other similar fields or relevant experience

90% Business Development Originator Support
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and participate on cross-functional teams to complete complex projects
The pay range for this position is $25 – $40 hourly. This position is eligible for PowerFlex’s comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable). PowerFlex’s compensation packages carefully consider a candidate’s qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.

Lead EV contract development from initiation to execution, following standard process and maintaining timely and complete records in support systems (Agiloft, Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.). Collaborate with business development, development engineering, and legal teams as needed throughout the process.
Client-facing skills and comfort working with external stakeholders
Support the growth of new tools and processes in contracting and project handoff tasks.

EV Operations Associate will assist EV Business Development Originators across all channels (Direct, Fleet, Channel Partner & Software) with sales, proposal preparation, and contract start up throughout the project lifecycle. The Sales Associate will create prospect proposals and other sales deliverables through coordination with other PowerFlex teams. This role is on the Business Development team and works closely with the Origination, Development Engineering, Project Development, Incentive Management, Legal, and Execution Teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support proposal development and client response.
Maintain strong and timely data accuracy in Agiloft, Salesforce, SharePoint and ClickUp (and any additional support or enterprise systems).
