Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients in any of the following states: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, California or Maine.
Position Responsibilities
Support the management team through the execution of the site and project document controls for items that include RFI’s, Submittals, Purchase Orders, QA/QC, Work Plans, Turnover Packages, POD’s, Schedules, Time Reporting, Engineering Deliverables, and internal Accounting System requirements
Use established project objectives and performance standards as defined by the Company’s operating policies and procedures and the project turnover process.
Q/A Inspection and document control.
Oversee the installation of various electrical system installation including substation, transmission lines, underground installation as well as Switchgear Installation / Termination of MV Cable, In line Splice Termination, MV Cable installation,

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
A four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent is preferred. 2-4 years of related experience may be substituted
General ability to not only comprehend but also to provide input on single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematics, protection & control, fuse coordination, and outage planning, general arrangements, elevation drawings, bus designs/calculations, and below grade/raceway design.
A demonstrated general knowledge of studies including but not limited to lightning, lighting, grounding, insulation coordination, short circuit, load flow, arc flash, protection coordination, and relay settings.
Experience in the energy projects including utility and power design ranging from low voltage to extra high voltage (LV,MV,HV,EHV), AC design, DC design, transmission/distribution/collection, renewable energy, solar, battery storage, wind and natural gas projects is a strong plus.

Pay: $85,848.00 – $91,897.00 per year
