Safety advocacy, Occupational Health and Safety Policies (EHS)

Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
Liaison between Human Resources and Recruitment Support
Communicate with new hires
Onboarding and Orientation
Prepare onboarding materials, including forms, policies and company information
Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Assist HR Generalist in gathering data for employee relations investigations
Support HR in resolving employee concerns and escalating issues when necessary
Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities and recognition programs
Data Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Maintaining turnover reports
Coordinate employee-related communications, including announcements and updates
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in Human Resources Coordination, intern, administration or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proactive and adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
Able to management through conflicts and demands
Cross-cultural skills and experience and asset
