BS/BA in a business or technical field with 2+ years experience in an Inside Sales or Sales Support role working with mechanical or electrical components

Displays excellent customer service skills and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office, CRM (SalesForce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) are required
