Position Summary
Location: United States (Remote)
Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to work independently and as part of a team.
The Sales Associate will report to an Account Executive and will be responsible for the following activities. The Sales Associate can expect to gain valuable experience by contributing to a variety of core sales activities:

Self-starter and ability to work autonomously with a hard driving, inspired, positive, and determined attitude.
Strong self-awareness, constructive mindset, and eagerness to seek and receive feedback.
Proficient in core Microsoft Office applications to present customer facing materials.
Location: Remote, Los Angeles, or Berkeley
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Convert inbound leads into paying customers by performing discovery calls, delivering product demonstrations, and closing sales.
Goal-oriented with a track record of setting and achieving goals while overcoming obstacles.

Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles and/or experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools.

Log all customer interactions and communications in company CRM to provide accurate and timely information about sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics.
