The Structured Finance team is committed to helping Lightsource bp finance and commercialize 25GW by 2025 having helped finance approximately 3.5 GW and raise $4.2 billion of debt and tax equity financing in the USA since 2019. To support our mandate, our team is looking for a highly motivated and analytical candidate who has a strong interest in joining a dynamic and high performing team to capitalize on substantial deal flow for a top tier platform in the U.S. This position will support the Valuation Director in all technical aspects of project finance modeling across the Structured Finance function.

• 4-6 years renewable energy project finance experience, with direct work experience in financial modeling, tax equity and debt structuring, and accounting required
