Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical Sr. Financial Analyst to support our global Project FP&A function. This role will serve as a key business partner to cross-functional teams and regional finance stakeholders, with a strong focus on project P&L analysis, margin forecasting, and financial modeling. Comfortable working across Sales Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy, margin visibility, and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support company-wide project margin forecasting, and rolling forecasts
Develop and maintain detailed project P&L models, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Analyze margin drivers and variances, providing actionable insights to FP&A leadership and business partners
Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve project financial visibility
Assist in driving process improvements to streamline forecasting, reporting, and analysis
Support regional finance teams to ensure accurate intercompany reporting and reduce audit risks
Contribute to finance system upgrades and process improvement initiatives
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
6-10 years of experience supporting Project FP&A, preferably in Solar industry
Skills & Competencies
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
In depth knowledge of supply chain operations in contract manufacturing
Experience working with operational ERP systems and intercompany processes in a multinational organization
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$1550,000.00. (Applicable to California)
