The position will support the Director of Regulatory Compliance. Individual assists with compliance assignments associated with the LRE generating fleet, as well as, other entities required to comply with the Standards and Requirements of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), specifically, the Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Standards, the Regional Reliability Organizations, Independent System Operators, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and Department of Energy. Individual will develop Reliability Compliance policies and procedures through research and interaction with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and site operating personnel to ensure organizational compliance with the NERC CIP Reliability Standards. Reviews correspondence with regulatory authorities, prepares committee presentations and related materials, and is responsible for audit preparations and responses. Individual will interface with senior management for compliance reporting and certification. Develops and maintains key performance indicators for tracking compliance program performance. This position supports the compliance program in being ‘auditably compliant’ at all times.
