For our growing team in North America, we are seeking a Technical Writer.

Main Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for a variety of audiences, including end-users, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with subject matter experts to gather technical information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Write and edit technical specifications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with industry standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand and accurately represent product specifications
Interface with Product and Sales teams to create and maintain documentation repository.
Support translation of technical documents.
Create technical drawings of products and components.
Interface with external stakeholders, as needed, for document discussion/requirements.
Manage visibility of documents to internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct regular reviews of existing documentation, updating content as needed to reflect changes in products or processes.
Revise and edit documents for clarity, coherence, and adherence to company standards.
Prepare regular progress reports and review meetings to ensure transparency and alignment.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
Marketing experience considered a plus.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in documentation tools and software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously on multiple responsibilities and deliver on commitments.
Ability to work in a team, build trust with stakeholders, and influence stakeholders.
Fluent in English is required, Chinese is considered a plus.
~25% of time working in the evening, to coordinate with global functions.
Expect less than 10% travel.
