Position Overview:
As a member of the Project Operations team, the Analyst will be reporting to the Operations Project Manager. He or she will demonstrate an entrepreneurial passion for renewable energy within the commercial sector and assist in the execution of Company projects. He or she will be expected to gather information from multiple sources and prepare documentation to be added to the Company’s Operation’s System of Record. The ability to work independently and as a team member are critical, as well as the desire and innovative mind set to operate as an important contributor within a fast-pace environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of materials through various stages and processes for the Operations Team.
Assisting in the Federal and state photovoltaic (PV) incentive program application process & tracking.
Develop a permit matrix for detailing AHJ requirements for application inspection and closeout.
Support in the execution of key project deadlines and milestones.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be passionate about the renewable energy business, hardworking and thrive in a fast pace environment. In addition, the Project Operations Analyst must possess:
must be a junior or senior or in your 1st year of graduate school
Proven ability to quickly and accurately solve problems and come up with value added solutions
Track-record of working with teams to support various Tasks.
Outstanding organizational and people skills
Understanding of solar construction projects.
Attention to detail

This position will commence in late May/early June through August 2023.

The expected starting pay range for this role is $20-32/hr USD. This range is an estimate and hourly pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, previous internship experience, certifications, and education level.
