PSE’s Customer Energy Mgmt & Renewables team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Associate Business Support Analyst position!

Job Description
Performs transactional/recurring analysis and reporting tasks. Assists with quantitative and qualitative analysis under the direction of senior staff. Gathers data for input to departmental reporting, planning and/or analysis tools.

Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.
Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.
Job Responsibilities
Performs transactional/recurring data and analysis tasks using established software programs.
Assists with regular and periodic business reporting requirements. Supports ad hoc data requests from internal/external sources (such as for government filings and audits).
Assists with research and analysis of data and recommends and/or implements appropriate actions to resolve identified problems.
Supports departmental initiatives and process improvements, as necessary.
Assists with database/systems maintenance, troubleshooting and training of internal and external stakeholders.
As necessary, assists with related application development and testing (coding); prepares detailed system documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related, and 1 year experience in quantitative/ qualitative analysis; or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
Experience utilizing MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong problem solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Process documentation and improvement experience.
Utility industry experience.
Related business-specific experience may include:
Familiarity with relational database (such as MS Access, SQL, Oracle).
Familiarity with CSEE Systems (CSY, CIS, CMS).
Knowledge of Crystal Reports and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Knowledge of programming language (Visual Basic, SQL, VB.NET, HTML).
Familiarity with SAP, BI, PACE.
