The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Inc., it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 – $120,000, plus benefits & incentive compensation. The window for applications is expected to close on August 12th 2024.

Performing conceptual and detailed design of composite structure for wind turbine blades
The SGRE Blade Design department is instrumental in propelling the growth of the wind industry by designing the longest composite structures in the world. Additionally, you should aim to progress into the role of a lead engineer, overseeing a team of 2-3 engineers and interfacing closely with other multidisciplinary leads on design projects.
