Provide strategic insights on power market developments, regulatory changes, and customer preferences that impact PPA structures and commercial terms.
Collaborate with the Front Office team to integrate PPA origination strategies with broader energy trading, hedging, and risk management activities.
Support the company’s greenfield development projects by securing long-term offtake agreements that enhance the financial viability of new energy projects.

Support for Power Trading and Hedging:

Provide insights into market conditions, pricing forecasts, and PPA volume commitments that inform power trading decisions.
Collaborate with the risk management team to ensure that PPA contracts are structured to mitigate market risks and support the company’s overall risk management strategy.

Ensure all PPA contracts comply with relevant regulatory frameworks and market rules, including those set by ISO/RTO markets, FERC, and state-level energy regulators.
Work with the Back Office team to monitor contract performance and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise during the contract term, working closely with the legal and operations teams as needed.
