The Origination Analyst provides critical support to the Project Origination team by conducting market research, preparing proposals, developing sales presentations, and facilitating the overall sales process for commercial solar and battery storage solutions. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential commercial clients and property opportunities
Support the Project Origination team by preparing customized proposals and financial analyses
Develop compelling sales presentations and slide decks that clearly communicate value propositions
Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather project specifications and design information
Create and maintain sales collateral, case studies, and other supporting materials
Assist in tracking sales pipeline and preparing regular reports on sales activities and performance
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, operations) to ensure accurate information in client-facing materials
Maintain organized records in CRM and other sales management systems
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
Provide administrative support for client meetings and follow-up communications
Qualifications And Skills
College degree required, ideally in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
1-3 years of experience in a business, sales support, or analytical role
Work Location
Hybrid – In-person collaboration at our Dana Point, CA office 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely when not engaged in team collaboration activities.
Salary
$72,000 – $90,000
