Role Reports To: Senior Procurement Manager

Position Snapshot

Zelestra is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support procurement for its expanding U.S. portfolio of utility‑scale solar, BESS, and wind projects in a face-pace environment. This role helps execute sourcing strategies, manage suppliers, and support contract administration for major electrical and balance‑of‑system equipment.

This role partners with the U.S. and Spain.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or contract administration
Experience managing purchase orders and supplier communications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with pricing tables and contract data
Experience working with SAP and Microsoft software, such as PowerPoint and Excel

Position Responsibilities

Procurement Execution

Issue POs and contracts; support RFP/RFQ events for major equipment
Manage pricing reviews, bid comparisons, and supplier evaluations
You will work closely with the Construction team on negotiations, agreement drafting, and exhibit tracking on the EPC side

Supplier & Contract Management

Assist with negotiations, delivery schedules, and commercial terms
Track milestones, payments, deliveries, and credit support
Maintain procurement and contract records
RFP Management

Cross-Functional Coordination

Align with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Construction, and PM teams
Support payments, compliance reviews, and delivery issue resolution

Compliance & Risk

Support domestic content, certifications, and FEOC disclosures
Monitor delivery risks, LD exposure, warranties, and maintain risk logs

Systems & Reporting

Manage ERP/procurement data and trackers
Prepare summaries and reports for leadership
Working with Financial Models
Documentation controls

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated starting salary for this position is based on experience, qualifications, and education in a remote-working environment: $80,600 – $95,000 base salary.
