About the job
AME Service finance is a combination of finance, accounting, FP&A, operations finance, commercial finance, reporting buildout. You will be one of 11 employees working to support a 1 billion revenue service business.

Responsibilities

Service Contracts reporting
Ensure revenue and cost recognition are aligned to Group guidelines for service region
Establish initial site budgets
Track monthly site performance compared to initial sales assumption and previous forecasts
Service management and finance are informed in scheduled meetings
Develop full year forecasts with Operations stakeholder for each site in region.
Identify and monitor financial risks and opportunities and make recommendations for forecast changes
Month end close
Support the team with journal entries, accruals, and analysis
Work with colleagues in Manila to root cause and correct financial posting issues
Perform internal and external audit tasks as needed, SOX documents completed monthly
Develop new methods to streamline completion of compliance tasks
Systems and processes usage and build out
Develop dashboards and reporting packages, using data from SAP, Adaptive, and BI
Implement automation and simplicity in financial reporting to operations stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related subject. Masters, CPA or MBA will also be considered.
Minimum 3 years of financial experience required
Current systems skills including MS Office Suite, SAP and BI.
Advanced written and oral communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility and accountability, some OT may be required
Ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision
Attention to details and build smart well-organized spreadsheets

Competencies

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Proficiency in SAP
Proficiency in Workday or Adaptive
Ability to support competing priorities, ambiguity and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate in English
Regular and reliable attendance
