Join us in this role where you’ll be part of the Northeast programs (NEP) that consist of our offshore wind farms, SouthFork, Revolution and Sunrise Windfarms. You’ll take part in the execution, ensuring all offshore activities for transport of personnel are executed to the highest standard within the industry. Our scope covers transfer boats, jack-ups, helicopters, and everything in between when delivering transport and offshore accomodation to internal and external technicians in the full construction phase of a project.

Welcome to Construction

You’ll be part of Offshore Logistics and Operations where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure safe and efficient offshore operations during the construction of our wind farms. You’ll be an integral part of the team with competent and committed colleagues who’ll support you along the way. As this is the first windfarm of this size in the US, you’ll additionally be among the first US citizens to be trained into this business by our experienced expats. As a team, we support each other and accept different strength and capabilities from each member. We hire for attitude and will ensure to equip you with the tools needed.

You’ll play an important role in:

contributing to the overall project plan according to statutory, corporate, and project policies
managing contractors, marine assets, and harbour site supervisors
developing procedures to aid safe marine operation and maintain marine operations manuals and installation-related plans
ensuring safety on the sites.

To succeed in the role, you:

have a degree in engineering or similar
have experience within construction management
have a can-do attitude and ability to manage, plan, and coordinate operational and personnel logistics activities.

Please note that you’re expected to do extensive travelling in relation to your work, as you’ll be working in rotation living on offshore accommodation vessels when the project is in execution. Here you will work on 14/14- or 28/28-days rotations depending on what makes sense for the team.
