Responsibilities
Create work orders from the system or manually
Perform an entitlement check via system support and identify T&M opportunities If the system does not recognize the entitlement – clarify the status with Contract Manager
Take customer-specific clauses into consideration when planning
Technically Plan a Work order (map a work type/task list or manual planning: Define and search out all required materials, tools, services and resources)
Identify CIM opportunities and link work orders (if applicable)
Reassign a work order to Technical Support Engineers if advanced planning is required OR to Upstream if commercial clarification
Forward work order to the next role

Qualifications
Background study preferred in engineering degree ( mechanical or electrical ) relevant to wind field
2+ years of related experience (ie. Operations Management or Technical Planning)
Good experience in a technical service environment with a focus on planning & execution
Proficient with IT systems and familiar with database and planning tools
Work experience For 4MW platforms
System user of MS Office, SAP is mandatory, experience Salesforce is preferable
The ability to speak English and Vietnamese is an additional value

Competencies
Technical background with experience in Vestas turbines
Good understanding of entitlement / commercial customer specificsReady to read into technical documentation and drawings
Affinity to work according to processes and navigate in technical (commercial) related systems
Structured and detailed working approach
Self-organization/good time management
