ICF is currently looking for a Finance Project Administrator to work in our Sacramento, CA office. The Finance Project Administrator will work with various parts of our Accounting department, including the A/R and A/P teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Setup, maintenance and close-out
  • Client Invoicing – Time and Materials and Percent Complete
  • Distribution of draft invoice
  • Project manager and client support
  • Budget tracking
  • Excel Spreadsheets, creating and updating
  • Revenue Recognition on Lump Sum projects
  • Account analysis and reconciliation as needed
  • Audit support
  • Pull backup documentation for client invoicing
  • Maintain project files

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and/or Billing Experience
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and Word, and 10-key by touch
  • Detailed understanding of procedures for keeping accurate job costing accounting records on a timely basis.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience with Deltek Vision accounting system
  • Experience with Quickbooks

Professional Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Willing to work overtime
