About KC3
KC3 is an M/WBE and B Corp–certified consulting firm working at the intersection of energy, housing, and equity. We partner with local government, utilities, nonprofits, and the private sector to connect disinvested communities to clean, affordable energy.
Our work centers on:
Expanding energy efficiency and decarbonization in affordable housing
Strengthening climate resilience in frontline communities
Preserving housing through smart energy investments
Creating pathways into the clean energy economy for New Yorkers
Climate solutions must work for the people most impacted, and that requires strong systems behind the scenes.

Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will design, implement, and scale technology solutions that support complex clean energy and decarbonization programs across New York City. This role is ideal for a tech-forward builder who thrives in ambiguity, leads through change, and wants their technical skills to drive real-world impact.
