We are looking for a Graduate Intern, Sales Operations to join a team of experts who help CPower sales teams achieve their business goals. This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations and will contribute to day-to-day support of sales.
Based on candidate location, our primary preference is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at our Baltimore, MD location three days per week (Tues/Wed/Thurs). Our secondary preference is remote.
Program Overview
This paid internship will run for 3 months beginning April 27, 2026, with the possibility of extending into a 6-month internship.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working in Excel and other Microsoft products.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Familiarity with Python or SQL is a bonus but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through with minimal supervision.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members across functions and seniority levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support day-to-day sales operations activities including data entry, reporting, and CRM hygiene tasks in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Assist in analyzing sales performance data and help prepare dashboards and summaries for leadership review.
Help document processes, workflows, and system configurations to build out the Sales Ops knowledge base.
Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials including training guides, how-to resources, and onboarding content.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and assist in translating business needs into structured documentation such as user stories and process flows.
Gather and organize feedback from sales team members to identify areas for operational improvement. Support ad hoc research and analysis projects as assigned by the Sales Operations team.
Bring curiosity and a willingness to learn about the energy industry, demand response markets, and sales operations best practices.
