SUMMARY:

MN8 Solutions operates as the dedicated Operations & Maintenance division of MN8 Energy, serving as the entity responsible for day-to-day site operations, maintenance, vendor management, reporting, and overall service execution for MN8owned solar and storage assets.
As the Ancillary Services Analyst, you will:
Support the Ancillary Services Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all ancillary O&M services, including landscaping, module washing, herbicide applications, pest control, fence repairs, aerial thermal scans, snow plowing, and other thirdparty field activities.
Create, track, and manage ancillary service cases, work orders, and documentation within the CMMS, ensuring all activities are accurately recorded and properly closed.
Review vendor submissions with scopes of work, safety requirements, JHAs, reporting expectations, and contractual timelines; verify completion photos, documents, and checklists.
Analyze service performance, costs, KPIs, and schedule adherence using tracker datasets and CMMS reporting tools; support continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Regional Operations, Asset Managers, the Control Room, Procurement, and Performance Engineering on prioritization of ancillary tasks and escalation of site issues.
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly operational reports, vendor assessments, forecasts, and data summaries for leadership
Support testing and refinement of ancillary workflow processes and automation logic within Salesforce.
Other duties as may be required.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Engineering, business, finance or otherwise relevant bachelor’s degree. MBA or equivalent advanced technical degree is a plus.
Baseline understanding of operation and management of solar PV and BESS assets
Baseline understanding of business and accounting processes
Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with external vendors and stakeholders to clarify service requirements, resolve issues, and support contractrelated activities
Excels in planning and organization of tasks and is able to execute on plans
Highly driven, motivated, and self-starter who excels in a team environment
Strong disposition to follow corporate rules and guidelines
Flexibility to perform other tasks that are not part of the position’s core responsibilities
Strong skills with Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce, and other relevant technology platforms
