1. Comprehensive Business Analysis:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to fill the role of Corporate Strategy & Planning Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the company’s growth trajectory by analyzing diverse business elements and contributing to both current and future revenue streams. The position will involve comprehensive strategic planning, financial analysis, and collaboration across various internal and external stakeholders.
Support utility solar and battery project sale negotiations, collaborating with internal teams and external parties
Experience in corporate planning, business administration, or strategy development is advantageous
Work closely with corporate planning members to identify and implement planning process improvements and best practices
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships
About the job
Analyze industry, competitor, and technology dynamics, encompassing market sizing, competitive landscape mapping, and customer segmentation
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA from a top-tier institution preferred
Evaluate business economics, focusing on utility-scale solar and battery development, as well as new energy ventures like green hydrogen and digital infrastructure
Contribute to the development of annual and mid-to-long-term business plans, defining strategies for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and new energy businesses
Identify and assess potential strategic alliances, partnerships, and M&A opportunities to support growth initiatives
Support the annual strategic planning process and execution/implementation plans
4+ years of functional experience in strategy consulting or a comparable role
5. Planning Process Improvement:
Proficiency in financial analysis, advanced modeling, and business management software
Communicate strategic findings and recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders at various levels
