Position Title: Customer Quality Engineer
Department: Quality
Reports To: Quality Supervisor

Description:
The Customer Quality Engineer is responsible for maintaining the quality of the products leaving the factory. In addition, the CQS is expected to bridge the gap between the customer and the company to ensure compliance and effective communication. The goal is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through frequent communication, access to customer needs, and timely feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Accompanying customers to supervise the production process in the factory.

• Accompanying customers to pre-shipment inspection in the factory.

• Responsible for providing daily reports required by clients.

• Responsible for liaising with the client during visits, assisting with client supervision and

inspection.

• Ensure that issues are reviewed after daily supervision and that non-conformities are

consistently tracked and reported to the client until all issues are closed.

• Achieving High Customer Satisfaction.

• Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in

compliance with the Canadian Solar Solution Code of Business Conduct

• Support ISO 9001 activities

• Adhere to all environmental, health and safety rules and policies.

• Conduct other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant degree, Technical, Electrical Engineering, Management, Science, Manufacturing,

Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics.

• Always maintain a professional demeanor

• Experience of working in Quality Assurance

• Strong leadership abilities and confident, consistent, decisive personality

• Must be able to work with little supervision, must be self-directed.

• Desire for innovative thinking and continual learning

• Excellent negotiating skills.

• Computer literacy, including effective working skills with MS Excel and e-mail required.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
