Summary

Shoals Technologies Group, Inc. is currently looking for an Environmental Coordinator. The Environmental Coordinator is responsible for assisting with everyday aspects of the Environmental program.

Responsibilities

Perform daily walkthroughs of the plant to identify potential environmental hazards.
Oversee the proper disposal of plant waste streams including recyclables, general landfill materials and universal waste.
Complete data entry for waste tracking and other Environmental aspects.
Maintain accurate records related to Environmental programs.
Perform documented audits for areas such as stormwater, SPCC and waste cages.
Able to train employees to safe standards set by Shoals Management.
Assist with 5S projects such as laying floor tape, labeling materials, creating media, etc.
Assist with annual environmental training.
Assist with ISO:14001 related duties.
Manage employee key fob program for PPE vending machines.
Assist in EHS related projects as instructed by EHS Manager.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience preferred in a EHS related field.
Able to sit or stand for 8 hours a day.
Knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Has the ability to work independently as well as a cooperative team member.
