The HR Generalist at our manufacturing site plays a critical role in supporting human resources functions within the production facility. This position involves a broad range of responsibilities related to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, HR compliance, and coordination of travel for visitors, specifically tailored to the needs of a manufacturing environment.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and completion of required paperwork.

2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ensure all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and metrics to management as needed.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Assist with other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
