POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Manager, Partner Relations & Advisory will lead a designated portfolio of dealer accounts, driving the success of EnFin’s TPO and loan partner network. This role sets the strategic standard for partner engagement, ensuring dealers are well-supported, operational friction is minimized, and project conversion rates are accelerated.
This individual will lead and develop a team of Partner Advisors while serving as the primary escalation point for key accounts and cross-functional challenges. The role requires a balance of leadership, operational oversight, and strategic partnership management.
This position reports to the Head of Sales or a designated leader within Qcells Residential Sales.
(**EnFin, a division of Hanwha Q Cells America Inc., is a financial services platform providing residential solar and energy efficiency financing solutions backed by Qcells. Through its dealer network, EnFin originates and manages a growing portfolio of Third-Party Ownership (TPO) solar assets.)
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Partner Advisors
Establish and track KPIs related to partner satisfaction, pipeline velocity, and SLA adherence
Develop and implement structured training programs to ensure consistent, high-quality partner communication
Conduct performance reviews and provide targeted coaching, particularly in escalation management and strategic account handling
Strategic Partner Management & Escalation
Oversee the health and performance of the EnFin dealer network, directly managing key or high-volume partners as needed
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex dealer issues, project delays, and funding challenges
Lead executive-level business reviews with partners to align on growth targets, production goals, and compliance expectations
Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Leadership
Design and standardize communication frameworks for policy updates, SLA changes, and product rollouts
Act as a critical feedback loop between dealer partners and internal leadership, identifying trends and operational gaps
Partner with Credit, Operations, and Product teams to improve platform functionality, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall dealer experience
Required Qualifications
Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in B2B partner relations, channel management, or strategic operations, with at least 2+ years of people management experience
Industry Expertise: Strong background in U.S. residential solar finance or renewable energy, with deep knowledge of TPO structures and solar loan products
Leadership: Proven ability to build, scale, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret performance metrics such as pipeline conversion, adoption rates, and financial data to drive decision-making
Communication: Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within a solar financing platform, lender, or fintech environment
Background supporting dealer or installer networks in a high-growth, multi-state market
Familiarity with CRM and operational platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar systems)
Experience leading process improvement or digital transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of underwriting workflows, funding processes, and project lifecycle management
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
